RTFM – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RTFM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant

RTFM is licensed, not sold. LogixAI Ltd (“LogixAI”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RTFM for your personal or organizational diagnostic and log analysis purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the software without prior written consent from LogixAI.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Access to certain RTFM features requires a LogixAI account and an active subscription.

  • Free (Trial) accounts are limited to 7 days.

  • Subscription tiers, pricing, and access levels may change with reasonable notice.

  • LogixAI reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for misuse or non-compliance.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

RTFM primarily processes log files locally on your device.
Optional cloud features (e.g., AI analysis, cloud sync, or remote insight lookup) may transmit data to trusted third parties such as OpenAI, Firebase, or Stripe for processing or authentication.
LogixAI does not store or access your log data unless you explicitly share it through support channels or feedback submissions.

5. Updates and Availability

RTFM may be updated periodically to improve performance, add functionality, or address security issues.
While updates are tested for stability, LogixAI is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or incompatibilities following an update.

6. AI Features and Limitations

RTFM integrates optional AI-powered analysis tools. AI outputs are advisory only and should not replace professional expertise or verified engineering procedures.
All AI-generated insights are provided “as is” without warranty. Users assume full responsibility for interpreting and applying AI suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

RTFM and all related content — including source code, AI models, designs, documentation, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of LogixAI Ltd.
You may not reproduce, repurpose, or redistribute any part of RTFM or its components for commercial or derivative use without written authorization.
All third-party trademarks or product names referenced within RTFM remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Termination

LogixAI may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this Agreement, engage in unauthorized use, or attempt to circumvent licensing or authentication systems. Upon termination, you must uninstall RTFM and destroy any copies in your possession.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RTFM is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
LogixAI disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You assume all risk associated with the use or performance of the software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogixAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including data loss, downtime, or business interruption — arising out of the use or inability to use RTFM.

11. Support

Basic support is available via the LogixAI website and community channels.
Priority support is provided to active paid subscribers.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
